Mr. Brooks has more than 25 years of experience providing accounting, valuation, tax, financial and auditing services to public and private organizations ranging from start-up entities to large corporations. Mr. Brooks has vast experience with, and knowledge of US GAAP, including fair value measurements, as well as significant experience with tax matters and M&A . David formed D. Brooks and Associates CPAs, P.A. in 2009, after serving as an assurance director for one of the largest CPA firms in the world.
