David D. Brooks is the Managing Partner of D. Brooks & Associates CPAs and provides senior-level technical accounting, valuation, and tax leadership to growing businesses facing complex financial reporting and audit requirements.

With more than 25 years of experience across accounting, valuation, tax, and assurance services, Mr. Brooks is most often engaged when financial reporting issues require judgment, technical depth, and coordination across multiple disciplines.   Mr. Brooks previously served in senior technical leadership roles within national accounting firms.

His work frequently supports companies preparing for audits, resolving stalled or high-risk audit situations, and addressing complex accounting matters that internal teams lack the capacity or experience to manage independently.
