Mr. Brooks has more than 25 years of experience providing accounting, valuation, tax, financial and auditing services to public and private organizations ranging from start-up entities to large corporations. Mr. Brooks has vast experience with, and knowledge of US GAAP, including fair value measurements, as well as significant experience with tax matters and M&A . David formed D. Brooks and Associates CPAs, P.A. in 2009, after serving as an assurance director for one of the largest CPA firms in the world.

Patrick Conner, CPA
Assurance and Accounting Partner
Mr. Conner has more than 25 years of experience providing accounting, financial and auditing services to public and private organizations ranging from start-up entities to large corporations. Mr. Conner has vast experience with, and knowledge of US GAAP and M&A. Patrick joining the Firm in 2022 after serving as a principal for one of the largest CPA firms in the US. Mr. Conner also has extensive experience working with prvatge equity firms.

Logan Hollowell, CPA, CVA
Valuation Partner
Logan joined the Firm in 2016 and has gained significant experience and expertise performing audits, reviews and compilations, as well as gaining significant experience and expertise on the Firm's valuation team while earning a CVA designation. Logan routinely handles highly complex financial instrument valuations as well as business valuations related to equity-based-compensation, estate planning, and M&A, including purchase price allocations for financial reporting. Logan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida, a Florida CPA license, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
