Logan joined the Firm in 2016 and has gained significant experience and expertise performing audits, reviews and compilations, as well as gaining significant experience and expertise on the Firm's valuation team. Logan routinely handles highly complex financial instrument valuations as well as business valuations related to equity-based-compensation, estate planning, and M&A, including purchase price allocations for financial reporting. Logan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida, a Florida CPA license, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
